NCS SubSea is pleased that our Master Quality Management System, along with the NCS SubSea Safety Management System, were finalized utilizing the counsel of Proforma Safety International. PSI is a globally recognized leader in HSE Management and Consulting.

POLICY & OBJECTIVES
These are established by Management using our Mission Statement and the goal of an Incident Free Workplace as the fundamental tenets. Ongoing improvement of Policy & Objectives is achieved through active participation by all employees in the CPAR reporting database, as well as the Peer Review Board.

ORGANIZATION, DOCUMENTATION, RESOURCES
The organizational structure of the company reflects an efficient design that leads to meaningful and efficient operation of the company. Documentation begins with the NCS SubSea core document, which is our Master Quality Management System manual. All subsequent company operations and documentation is driven by this top level document. Resources are training; Quality Plans; CPAR database; Safety Management System; Peer Review, and scheduled meetings.

RISK MANAGEMENT
The system addresses Risk Management through utilization of Product Line Specific Quality Plans; Job Specific Documentation; the CPAR database; Safety Management System; and Training.

PLANNING
The system requires the Quality Plans, which address what is required to execute a job within each particular Product Line; and using prescribed meetings to address planning on the macro level. The transparent nature of the system as facilitated by the CPAR database and the Peer Review Board allow for ideas & input from across the company, which is utilized in our planning processes.

IMPLEMENTATION & MONITORING
The Product Line specific Quality Plans, along with the Peer Review Board, oversee implementation of the System. Monitoring is achieved primarily via the CPAR database.

AUDIT & REVIEW
The CPAR meetings provide the platform for auditing the system; augmented by the prescribed meetings outline herein.
